2. How do I update my personal details?

RSM Journal subscriptions are handled by Portland Customer Services. To update any aspect of your subscription please email sales{at}portland-services.com.

Please contact sales{at}portland-services.com who will arrange to send you a replacement copy.

1. How do I access RSM Press Journals online?

You can access RSM Press Journals online by following these 3 easy steps:

• Have your subscriber number to hand in order to register. (Click here for information on how to find out your subscriber number).
  
  
• To activate your access go to the Personal activation page and enter your subscriber number.
  
  
• You will then be asked to enter your name, address and choose a username and password which you will use in future to access the journal.
  
  

  Once you have completed these 3 steps, you will be able to access the journal online straight away!
