Malignant melanoma masquerading as Kaposi's sarcoma

A homosexual HIV-negative man was referred to the genitourinary medicine department with a histological diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma. Repeat biopsy confirmed that this was in fact malignant melanoma.
