Self-induced penomegaly

Staffordshire General Hospital, Weston Road, Stafford ST16 3SA, England

A 56-year-old Caucasian man applied elastic bands to the penile base to overcome flaccidity of the glans during erection. He continued the practice over 25 years, which lead to lymphoedema, fibrosis and consequently penomegaly. Erection was not compromised otherwise.
